Our client offers a culture of innovation and risk-taking. You will lead and manage regional sales managers throughout the country PLUS over 90 independent commissioned sales rep agencies to service, grow and promote existing account business. The position is in Western, NY, BUT you can live as far north as Buffalo, NY and as far south as Erie, PA. REQUIREMENTS: 12+ years in HVAC industry managing HVAC field sales personnel. You will need a background in selling equipment through wholesale distribution and managing/training independent commissioned sales reps.
